Registration for our 14th Annual 5K Turkey Trot for Charity is open now! Join us for a day of fun physical fitness, wellness resources & Pasefika Vendors! Open to all ages & all fitness levels. We hope you'll come trot with us. All for a great cause!

aganu'u community teach-in series

A new 7 session in person cultural learning experience. 

The Aganu’u Community Teach-In Series fosters a safe, in-person environment for learning and connection within the Samoan/Pacific Islander community. Led by cultural and faith-based practitioners, the series encourages dialogue on various cultural topics.


Our first topic we will be “Muamua le Atua” Church & Culture. Facilitated by: Pastor Rev Jacob & Mrs. Jane Iese


The Aganu’u Community Teach-In series is - seven sessions held on the third Wednesday of each month from October 2024 to May 2025, free for participants aged 14 and up, supported by California Humanities (@california_humanities)

We exist to help enhance the lives of our Pacific Islander Community in the San Francisco, Bay Area through a series of programs, services, collaborative efforts and our community space Le Maota. Samoan Solutions is currently a volunteer-run organization based in San Mateo County, CA with members from local cities including: South San Francisco, San Bruno, Daly City, San Jose and beyond. We are committed to taking an active role in contributing to the betterment of our people. This group started off as an idea to sponsor a single event and has developed into an effort to establish a lasting impact on our Samoan/Pasefika community.

15 year benefit celebration

October 28, 2023 - Samoan Solutions hosted its 15 year anniversary benefit celebration, at Le Maota - in Burlingame. Joined by long time Sponsors, Donors, Volunteers & new friends, the night was a tribute to their long term service in the San Francisco Bay Area. The benefit featured a silent auction fundraiser, Samoan dance, local fashions and a spread of food & drinks provided by local Pasefika businesses & testimonies from long time partners & our Co-founders/Board Members present & via video.

It was an evening full of love, community and hope for the future!
